1. Eclipse > Window > Avd Manager
2. Değişiklik yapacağınız virtual device'ı seçin ve Edit'e basın (Select virtual device which you want to edit and click Edit)
3. Device Ram Size'ı 512 Mb olarak ayarlayın. (Set Device Ram Size as 512 Mb)
